白菜连作栽培已严重影响其产量和品质,为克服白菜连作引起的产量减少及品质降低,试验设置白菜套作大葱、白菜套作大蒜、白菜套作分蘖洋葱及白菜单作4种栽培模式,研究了不同套作方式对白菜产量及品质的影响,以期为黑龙江地区生产无公害大白菜提供参考依据。结果表明:套作白菜的鲜样质量较单作有所增加,大葱、大蒜和分蘖洋葱套作白菜后盆栽鲜样质量分别较单作增加35.71%、46.43%和17.86%,大葱、大蒜和分蘖洋葱套作白菜后盆栽总生物量分别较单作增加57.14%、57.14%和46.42%,且达到差异显著水平。白菜套作大葱时,白菜各主要成分含量指标良好,品质较好;白菜套作分蘖洋葱或大蒜时,白菜的各主要成分含量指标均处于中间水平,品质适中;白菜单作时,白菜各主要成分含量指标均处于较低水平,品质较差。套作均一定程度的提高了产量,改善了白菜的品质,套作处理均好于白菜单作,套作大葱效果较好。
In order to overcome the yield reduction and quality degradation caused by continuous cropping of cabbage, four cabbage cultivars such as Chinese cabbage, cabbage and cabbage were used to make four kinds of cultivation modes. The effects of different methods on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage were studied in order to provide a reference for the production of pollution-free Chinese cabbage in Heilongjiang. The results showed that the quality of fresh sample of Chinese cabbage was higher than that of single Chinese cabbage. The fresh samples of Chinese cabbage, garlic and tiller onion were 35.71%, 46.43% and 17.86% The total biomass of potted cabbage after inoculation was 57.14%, 57.14% and 46.42% more than that of single cabbage, respectively, and reached a significant level of difference. When the Chinese cabbage is used as the Chinese onion, the content of main components of Chinese cabbage is good and the quality is good. When cabbage is used for tillering onions or garlic, the content of main components of Chinese cabbage is in the middle level and the quality is moderate; Ingredient content indicators are at a low level, poor quality. To a certain extent, the yield was improved and the quality of Chinese cabbage was improved. The treatment of intercropping cabbage was better than that of cabbage, and the effect of green onions was better.
