在种植体上制作固定义齿修复牙列缺损以后,每年进行咀嚼肌肌电图检查,评定咀嚼肌生物电活动的变化。 结果表明,右侧嚼肌:义齿修复后1年为350±50μV,2~4年降至320±130μV,5~7年回升至500±50μV,8~10年增至800±150μV。左侧嚼肌:义齿修复后1年为450±70μV,2~4年降至400±120μV,5~7年回升至450±50μV,8~10年升至750±90μV。右侧颞肌:义齿修复后1年为550±100μV,2~4年为600±70μV,5~7年降至400±30μV,8~10年回升至600±120μV。左侧颞肌:义齿修复后1年为750±60μV,2~4年为750±90μV,5~7年降至550±50μV,8~10年降至500±60μV。
After the denture is made on the implant, the electromyographic examination of the masticatory muscle is performed every year to assess the changes of the bioelectric activity of the masticatory muscle. The results showed that the right chewing muscle: 350 ± 50μV in 1 year after denture repair, 320 ± 130μV in 2 ~ 4 years, 500 ± 50μV in 5 ~ 7 years and 800 ± 150μV in 8 ~ 10 years. The left chewing muscle: 450 ± 70μV in 1 year after denture repair, 400 ± 120μV in 2 ~ 4 years, 450 ± 50μV in 5 ~ 7 years and 750 ± 90μV in 8 ~ 10 years. Right temporalis: 1 year after denture repair 550 ± 100μV, 2 ~ 4 years to 600 ± 70μV, 5-7 years to 400 ± 30μV, 8 to 10 years rose to 600 ± 120μV. Left temporalis: 750 ± 60 μV for 1 year after denture repair, 750 ± 90 μV for 2 to 4 years, 550 ± 50 μV for 5 to 7 years and 500 ± 60 μV for 8 to 10 years.
