目的:探讨开设外籍门诊在外籍患者管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年份开设外籍门诊后来义乌市中心医院就诊的100例外籍患者与2013年份开设外籍门诊前就诊的100例外籍患者作为研究对象,收集患者病例资料并做回顾性分析。对开设外籍门诊前和开设外籍门诊后的满意情况进行观察对比。结果:开设外籍门诊后,患者对就诊环境(4.6±0.4分)、导诊安排(4.9±0.1分)及隐私保护(4.2±0.8分)等多个方面的满意度得分均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:开设外籍门诊可有效提高外籍患者对门诊及医院整体的满意度,充分满足外籍患者的医疗卫生服务需求。
Objective: To explore the effect of opening a foreign clinic in the management of foreign patients. METHODS: A total of 100 expatriate patients who visited Yiwu Central Hospital in 2014 and 100 expatriate patients who visited the foreign clinic in 2013 were selected as the research object, and the patient’s case data were collected and analyzed retrospectively. To set up a foreign clinic before the opening of foreign clinics and the satisfaction of the situation were observed and compared. Results: After the outpatient clinic was opened, the satisfaction scores of patients on various aspects of the treatment environment (4.6 ± 0.4 points), referral arrangement (4.9 ± 0.1 points) and privacy protection (4.2 ± 0.8 points) were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of foreign clinics can effectively improve the satisfaction of foreign patients to the outpatient department and the hospital as a whole, and fully meet the medical and health service needs of foreign patients.
