处理好政府和市场的关系,历来是市场经济国家制定经济政策时无法回避的重大问题。“十二五”时期我国社会主义市场经济体制的进一步改革和完善的关键,党中央明确指出,市场在今后的资源配置中必须起决定性作用,这意味着:对新时期的政府职能进行重新界定,对市场与政府的边界的界定显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文从处理好政府与市场关系的重要性入手,探讨了我国现阶段政府职能中存在的不足,在此基础上对改善政府职能的途径给出了相应建议。
Handling the relationship between the government and the market has always been a major issue unavoidable in the formulation of economic policies by market economy countries. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the key to further reforming and perfecting the socialist market economic system in our country was clearly pointed out by the Central Party Committee. The market must play a decisive role in the future allocation of resources. This means that the government functions in the new period Redefine the definition of the border between the market and the government is particularly important and urgent. This article begins with the importance of handling the relationship between the government and the market, probes into the shortcomings in the current government functions in our country and gives some suggestions on how to improve the government functions.
