以我国济经建设为中心议题的第五届全国人民代表大会第四次会议已经胜利地闭幕了。赵紫阳总理代表国务院在所作的政府工作报告《当前的经济形势和今后经济建设的方针》中提出,我国国民经济的发展必须走速度比较实在、经济效益比较好、人民可以得到更多实惠的新路子,并据此提出了我国经济建设的十条方针。这十条方针系统地概括了我国经济建设中各个方面的问题,是在清除了长期以来我国经济工作中“左”的错误,总结了建国三十二年来的经验教训,特别是近三年来的经验教训的基础上制定出来的。认真贯彻执行这十条方针,将可使我国国民经济得到稳步前进、协调发展。
