At present, the country is vigorously developing its export-oriented economy and implementing its international business strategy. Chinese enterprises should seize the opportunity and strive to assume the important task of “going global” so as to vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening their business through internationalization. It is complicated, arduous, long-term and uncertain to support the internationalized management which is urgently needed by the international development of enterprises. At present, although the total number of employees specializing in foreign economy and work in each unit is very large, the number of key personnel in the complex is still very scarce. In terms of vertical and horizontal comparison, the major contradictions in the international operation of Chinese enterprises are the external manifestation of the lack of transformation and upgrading of international operations, that is, the inclusion of high-end projects within the government framework, investment and financing bands
