近来,已对一些常用中药的抗突变作用进行了研究.本文报道从日本第10版药典中选出的一些中药,用Ames试验对其抗突变作用进行评价.选出的药材为甘草根、芍药根、柴胡根、茯苓、桔梗和人参根.结果表明,芍药根和茯苓对TA98和TA100两种菌株有相似的作用,其存活菌落数不受提取物浓度的影响,但回复变异数随浓度的增加而明显减少.说明这两种药材的提取物可能含有对抗苯并芘致突变的成分.在柴胡根的实验中,在TA98菌株中显示了抗突变作用,而在TA100菌株中回复变异菌落
Recently, the anti-mutagenic effects of some commonly used Chinese medicines have been studied.In this paper, some Chinese medicines selected from the Japanese Pharmacopoeia of the 10th edition were reported and their anti-mutagenic effects were evaluated by the Ames test.The selected medicinal materials were Licorice root, Root, Bupleurum root, Poria cocos, Platycodon root and Ginseng root.The results showed that Paeonia lactiflora and Poria cocos were similar to TA98 and TA100, and the number of surviving colonies was not affected by the concentration of extract, , Indicating that the extract of these two herbs may contain anti-benzopyrene mutagenic components.In the experiment of Bupleurum root, TA98 strain showed anti-mutagenic effect, and TA100 strains in the recovery of variation Colonies
