为解决目前驾驶证科技含量低、防伪性能差、民警查验困难、辨认效率低等问题,公安部决定启用具有较先进防伪技术的驾驶证。新证重点改进了直观视觉查验的技术,证芯的纸张由普通白卡纸变成专用安全纸张,有特制的安全线和红蓝绿三色荧光纤维。证芯的底纹从普通印刷变成防伪印刷,采用了随机底纹、变光油墨和荧光印刷等技术。塑封套采用了当前最新的双通道变色技术和双色荧光图案等。
In order to solve the problems of low-tech driver’s license, poor anti-counterfeit performance, police checkup difficulty and low identification efficiency, the Ministry of Public Security decided to launch a driver’s license with more advanced anti-counterfeiting technology. The new card focuses on improving the visual inspection technology, card core paper from ordinary white cardboard into a special security paper, a special security thread and red, blue and green fluorescent fibers. The card’s shading from ordinary printing into a security printing, using a random shading, changing ink and fluorescent printing technology. Plastic sleeve uses the latest two-channel color technology and two-color fluorescence patterns.
