目的:验证经皮穴位电刺激结合耳穴贴压治疗原发性遗尿症(PNE)的疗效。方法:将250例PNE患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组125例。两组在一般心理行为治疗的基础上,观察组给予中极、气海、三阴交等经皮穴位电刺激和心、肾、交感等耳穴贴压治疗,每天1次,15天为一疗程,2个疗程间隔5天,连续治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。对照组给予药物醋酸去氨加压素、氯酯醒口服治疗,连续治疗2个月后统计疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为96.8%(121/125),优于对照组的90.4%(113/125)(P<0.05),观察组在减少PNE患儿夜尿次数、遗尿次数、起效时间和疗效的持续时间方面均优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激结合耳穴贴压能减少PNE患儿夜尿次数和遗尿次数,治疗效果显著,起效快,维持疗效时间长。
Objective: To verify the efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of primary enuresis (PNE). Methods: 250 PNE children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 125 cases in each group. On the basis of general psychological behavior treatment, the two groups were given electro-acupuncture such as Zhongji, qihai and Sanyinjiao acupoints and auricular point pressure treatment such as heart, kidney and sympathetic acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated once daily for 15 days for one course and 2 A course interval of 5 days, continuous treatment of three courses after the statistical effect. The control group was given drugs desmopressin acetate, chlorine ester awake oral treatment, continuous treatment for 2 months after the statistical effect. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.8% (121/125), which was significantly better than that in the control group (90.4%, 113/125) (P <0.05). The observation group was significantly less effective in reducing the number of nocturnal urination, Time and duration of efficacy were better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Transcutaneous electrical acupuncture combined with auricular pressure can reduce the number of nocturnal urination and enuresis in children with PNE, the treatment effect is significant, rapid onset, long duration of treatment.
