棉酚之作为男性抗生育剂,国内已集算了大量科研资料。本文试图用不同方法,做睾丸及附睾上皮超微结构的进一步观察。用成年雄性大白鼠随机分三组:正常对照、服用棉酚每日30mg/kg30天,同量服用50天。断头杀死取睾丸及附睾头,分别按超薄切片、扫描及冷冻复型常规制样,透射及扫描电镜观察。结果发现: (一)睾丸——曲细精管的改变与一般报导相似,但值得注意的是:①精子细胞可直接与精原细胞相毗邻;②精子形成过程中,精子细
As a male anti-fertility agent, gossypol has accumulated a large amount of scientific research data in China. This article attempts to use different methods to do further observation of the ultrastructure of the testis and epididymal epithelium. Adult male rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control, taking gossypol daily 30mg / kg 30 days, taking the same amount of 50 days. The testes and epididymal heads were killed by decapitation, respectively, by ultra-thin sections, scanning and cryogenic complex conventional sample preparation, transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that: (1) changes in testis - seminiferous tubules are similar to the general reports, but it is noteworthy that: ① spermatid cells can be directly adjacent to the spermatogonia; ② spermatogenesis, sperm fine
