很多老师都有这样的经历,每到期末复习,天天讲得口干舌燥,筋疲力尽,学生听讲效果却不甚理想。我真想把这老一套改革改革。随着课堂改革的层层推进,机会终于来了。自从我校推行“345自助课堂”以来,教师每天都在认真学习如何建设高效课堂。从理论学习到课堂实践,再到教研组反思,再学习,再实践,每位教师都在努力用新的教学理念设计、组织课堂。抽空我就记录了自己的一堂试卷讲评课,督促自己在课改的路上,走一步,再走一步。这天,我给学生做完一张往年绍兴县七年级(上)的期末试卷,改出来情况很糟糕。一般情况下,教师会根据学生的错误情况依次
