基础教育课程改革全面实施历经十几年,促进了义务教育的均衡发展和素质教育的深入开展,而县级教师进修学校的发展却依旧缓慢,甚至陷入一种止步不前的境地。综观各县教师进修学校,机制、编制虽各有区别,但多数学校的体制和基本现状区别不大。所以,县级教师进修学校发展存在的问题亟待解决。一、转变观念,对培训工作进行再认识有人认为,进修学校跟不上教育形势的发展,干不了什么事,不如撤并。殊不知有这种观念的人本身就是对新形势
