全纳教育是特殊教育发展的应然选择。当前,全纳教育在澳大利亚进一步发展的挑战主要集中于社会对多元性的理念和态度、学校的全纳环境、教师教育的成效、教师角色的定位以及全纳教育参与各方的合作等方面。在应对这些问题和挑战时,改变观念;创设充分的全纳学校环境;提升教师的职前教育和在职教育的成效;明确教师的角色;加强交流,促进合作是有效的应对策略。
Inclusive education is an appropriate choice for the development of special education. At present, the challenges of further development of inclusive education in Australia mainly focus on the concept and attitude of diversity in society, the inclusive environment of schools, the effectiveness of teacher education, the orientation of teachers’ roles and the cooperation among all parties involved in inclusive education. In coping with these problems and challenges, changing concepts, creating a fully inclusive school environment, enhancing the effectiveness of teachers’ pre-service education and in-service education, clarifying the role of teachers, and enhancing exchanges and promoting cooperation are effective coping strategies.
