为探讨血清粘附蛋白在肾脏疾病中变化的意义。采用一步夹心固相酶免疫法检测血清Ⅳ型胶原水平。用放射免疫法测定血清层粘连蛋白和透明质酸水平。结果为血清Ⅳ型胶原、层粘连蛋白和透明质酸水平在肾脏疾病时均较正常对照组有不同程度的增高,且血清Ⅳ型胶原和透明质酸水平与肾脏疾病进展及硬化程度密切相关。结论为血清粘附蛋白代谢的变化在肾脏疾病中起一定作用,并可作为临床早期监测和判断肾病严重程度的一项辅助指标。
To explore the significance of serum adhesion protein changes in kidney disease. The serum level of type Ⅳ collagen was detected by one-step sandwich enzyme immunoassay. Serum levels of laminin and hyaluronic acid were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of serum type Ⅳ collagen, laminin and hyaluronic acid in renal disease were higher than those in normal control group, and the serum levels of type Ⅳ collagen and hyaluronic acid were closely related to the progression of kidney disease and the degree of sclerosis. Conclusion The changes of serum adhesion protein metabolism play a role in renal diseases and can be used as an auxiliary index to monitor and judge the severity of renal disease in early clinical stage.
