随着教学理念不断深化革新,人们对体育教学的目标衡量也有了新的变化和全新思考。相对以往关注学生学习技能和理论,逐渐转化为对学生健康成长的关注。可以说体育教学逐渐从追求其功效性转化为提升学生个人身体素质,实现健康成长。而这恰恰也是我们正在探索的体育教学改革的新方向,从功利性转化为身体素养提升,不仅是体育教学观念的进步,更是教学理念质的转变,本文拟从体育教学改革开展的背景入手,结合其改革新要求,从而探索由体育功效到提升身体素质的具体思路和策略。
With the continuous deepening of innovation in teaching philosophy, people have also made new changes and new thinking on the measurement of physical education. Relatively concerned about the students learning skills and theory, and gradually transformed into students’ healthy growth concerns. It can be said that the teaching of PE gradually transforms from pursuing its efficacy to improving students’ personal physical quality and achieving healthy growth. This is exactly the new direction of PE teaching reform that we are exploring. From utilitarian to physical improvement, it is not only the progress of PE teaching concept, but also the change of teaching philosophy. This article intends to start from the background of PE teaching reform , Combined with its new requirements for reform, so as to explore the specific ideas and strategies from physical function to enhance physical fitness.
