戈尔巴乔夫人道的民主社会主义改革,使苏联内部出现了多党制萌芽.苏联的解体,使得俄罗斯由一党制转为多党制国家.如今,俄罗斯联邦的多党制已初具雏形,并在朝着规范化的方向进一步发展.但由于受到宪法和超级总统制以及政党法的影响,政党对政治活动的参与将十分有限.
