联合国粮农组织(FAO)和国际原子能机构(IAEA)联合处“亚太地区植物辐射育种培训班”于1986年9月15日在浙江农业大学开学,经过40天,于10月26日圆满结束。培训班由浙江农业大学和浙江省农科院原子能所组织筹办,国际原子能机构突变遗传育种分部负责人 Micke 博士主持,浙江农大教授高明尉任班主任。培训班共有18名学员,其中13名来自孟加拉、马来西亚、南朝鲜、埃及、菲律宾、巴基斯坦、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、泰国和越南等10个不同的国家和地区,我国有5名学员参加。学员中二分之一为博士,其他多为硕士,
The Joint Asia and Pacific Plant Radiation Training Course of FAO and IAEA started at Zhejiang Agricultural University on September 15, 1986 and ended on October 26 after 40 days. The training course was organized by Zhejiang Agricultural University and the Atomic Energy Agency of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Dr. Micke, head of the mutation genetic breeding division of the International Atomic Energy Agency, was chaired by Professor Gao Mingwei from Zhejiang Agricultural University. There are 18 participants in the training course, of which 13 are from 10 different countries and regions, including Bangladesh, Malaysia, South Korea, Egypt, the Philippines, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
