中小企业目前所面临的困境已成为我国改革与发展中一个带全局性的突出问题。“振兴千家中小企业行动”的意义在于，发挥共青团多方面的优势，运用不同方式，促进中小企业的改革和发展。这一行动的实践证明，共青团在服务于经济建设中是大有可为的。同时，这一行动要继续发展并不断取得成效，关键的一点就是要遵循中小企业改革与发展的规律性。
The current predicament faced by small and medium-sized enterprises has become a prominent issue with overall dimensions in the reform and development of our country. The significance of “revitalizing the Thousands of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” lies in giving full play to the CYL’s many advantages and using different ways to promote the reform and development of SMEs. The practice of this operation proves that there is ample to the Communist Youth League in serving economic construction.
