目的 :比较降纤酶与巴曲抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死 (ACI)。方法 :ACI病人 62例分为 2组。降纤酶组 36例 (男性 2 2例 ,女性 14例 ;年龄 62a±s 9a;病程 16h± 7h)采用降纤酶 10U加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 30 0mL中静脉滴注 (静滴 ) ,1~ 2h滴完 ,隔日静滴 1次 ,共 3次 ;巴曲抗栓酶组 2 6例 (男性16例 ,女性 10例 ;年龄 60a± 10a ;病程 17h± 9h) ,首次采用巴曲抗栓酶 10BU ,然后隔日 5BU×2次 ,加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 30 0mL中静滴 ,均 1~ 2h滴完。 2组均同时辅以甘露醇、极化液静滴及尼莫地平口服。结果 :2组治疗后 14d改善临床神经功能总有效率均为 92 %。结论 :降纤酶与巴曲抗栓酶治疗ACI均有较好的疗效
Objective: To compare the defibrase and batroxobin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: 62 cases of ACI patients were divided into two groups. Defibrase group 36 cases (22 males and 14 females; age 62a ± s 9a; duration of 16h ± 7h) with defibrase 10U added 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 30 0mL intravenous Drip) for 1 to 2 hours, intravenous drip once every other day for 3 times, and for the first time, 26 patients (16 males and 10 females; age 60a ± 10a; duration of 17h ± 9h) Batroxobin 10BU, and then the next day 5BU × 2 times, adding 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 30 0mL intravenous drip, were 1 ~ 2h drops finished. Both groups were supplemented with mannitol, intravenous drip and nimodipine orally. Results: The total effective rate of clinical nerve function was 92% after 14 days of treatment in both groups. Conclusion: Defibrase and batroxobin are effective in treating ACI
