随着农垦地区出租车市场蓬勃的发展 ,人们对出租车市场的要求也在逐渐地提高。从最初对出租车只要求“速度”到现在提出“舒适、美观、经济、安全和速度”等多方面的要求。因此 ,如何加强垦区出租车辆的结构调整 ,提高车辆档次 ,规范出租车市场 ,是摆在各级交通运输管理部门面前的重要任务。
