采用沙土鼠颈总动脉夹闭 10min再灌 5d ,造成短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察银杏叶提取物对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑电图 (EEG)和海马CA1区神经元迟发性损伤的保护作用。结果显示 :银杏叶提取物能明显减轻脑缺血引起了EEG改变 ,并促进再灌派后EEG幅度的恢复 ,增加脑缺血后海马CA1区的神经元密度。提示 :银杏叶提取物对脑缺血再灌损伤具有保护作用。
The cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury model was established by clamping the common carotid artery of gerbils for 10 min and then reperfusion for 5 days. The effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on electroencephalography (EEG) and hippocampal CA1 neurons after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in gerbils were observed. The protective effect of delayed injury. The results showed that: Ginkgo biloba extract can significantly reduce EEG changes caused by cerebral ischemia, and promote the recovery of EEG amplitude after reperfusion, and increase the neuronal density of hippocampal CA1 region after cerebral ischemia. Tip : Ginkgo biloba extract has a protective effect against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
