自黄今言先生发表《汉代田税征课中若干问题的考察》一文以来,围绕着大汉帝国究竟是免除文帝十三年当年的田租还是此后十余年的田租,史学界存在争论。①然而,要解决这个历史悬案,必须先对汉文帝免除田租的年代问题加以疏证。 Since the publication of the article entitled “Investigation of Several Issues in Levy of Tian Tax in the Han Dynasty”, Mr. Huang has argued that whether the Empire of Han Dynasty was exempt from the rent of the reign of Emperor Wen in the thirteenth year of the reign or the rent of more than ten years thereafter, there was controversy in the academic circle. However, in order to solve the unsettled issue of history, we must first establish the evasion of the issue of the era of land rent exempted by the Emperor Han.
