解放战争时期我军的反腐倡廉工作既是我军整训工作的延续又是人民战争严酷的斗争现实需要。为了消除贪污腐败现象,我军采取了一系列措施加强对官兵的思想政治教育,以提高官兵觉悟。比如开展经济民主,完善规章制度,堵塞贪污源头,突出重点抓好干部中的反贪污工作。这一系列措施的实施取得了良好的效果:广大官兵端正了思想,融洽了内部关系,提高了战斗力。同时,也提升了我党我军的形象,赢得了群众的信任和爱戴。
