亭子口水电厂制动系统的制动电磁阀与复归电磁阀均为两位三通电磁阀,如果出现故障,将威胁机组的安全稳定运行,并造成风闸的损坏。因此,将两位三通电磁阀改造成三位三通电磁阀,将大大提高制动装置运行的稳定性。同时,利用监控系统控制流程对风闸制动系统控制逻辑进行优化改进,将使制动系统更加安全可靠。
The brake solenoid valve and return solenoid valve in the brake system of Tingzikou Hydropower Plant are two-position three-way solenoid valves. If they fail, they will threaten the safe and stable operation of the units and damage the air brakes. Therefore, the two three-way solenoid valve into three three-way solenoid valve, will greatly improve the stability of brake operation.
