经常在市区开车的人可能会感觉到,有时通过路口一路绿灯,有时又处处赶上红灯。这只是运气原因吗?信号灯的红绿时间是如何分配的?完善的信号灯系统对交通顺畅贡献几何?5月26日,《环境与生活》记者来到北方工业大学,听该校主攻城市交通信号智能控制理论与技术的电气与控制工程学院副院长、城市道路交通智能控制技术北京市重点实验室副主任王力副教授讲解红绿灯的奥妙。实验室宛如交通指挥中心北方工业大学的修伟杰老师首先带记者参观了学校的城市道路交通智能控制技术北京市重点实验室,该实验室是京津冀地区唯一以城市交通控制为特色的省部级重点实验室。

The laboratory is the only province in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province that features urban traffic control Ministerial Key Laboratory.
