用多聚酶链反应和斑点杂交技术检测了５０例ＨＢｓＡｇ无症状携带者血清中ＨＢＶＤＮＡ，检出率分别为５０％（２５／５０）和５８％（２９／５０）。抗－ＨＢｃ、抗－ＨＢｅ和ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性者ＨＢＶＤＮＡ的检出率高于阴性者。单，ＮＨＢｓＡｇ阳性无症状携带者ＨＢＶＤＮＡ在血中呈不同程度地波动，其排毒情况无明显规律可循。
HBVDNA was detected in serum of 50 HBsAg asymptomatic carriers by polymerase chain reaction and dot blot hybridization. The detection rates were 50% (25/50) and 58% (29/50) respectively. The detection rate of HBVDNA in anti-HBc, anti-HBe and HBeAg-positive patients was higher than that in negative ones. Single, asymptomatic carriers of NHBsAg HBVDNA in the blood showed varying degrees of fluctuations, the detoxification no obvious rules to follow.
