利用自制装置研究了不同温度下机械振动外场和β成核剂TMB-5用量对等规聚丙烯(iPP)β晶相含量和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当TMB-5用量为0.1%时,iPP的β晶相对含量达到最大值;150℃(固态)下施加振动会提高β晶的相对含量,而在190℃(熔融态)下施加振动则会减少β晶的相对含量;150℃下施加振动外场可使得试样断裂伸长率增大、拉伸强度下降,而190℃下则使试样的拉伸强度提高、断裂伸长率减小。
The effects of mechanical vibration field and β-nucleating agent TMB-5 dosage on the β phase content and mechanical properties of iPP β were studied by self-made apparatus. The results showed that when the content of TMB-5 was 0.1%, the relative content of β-crystal in iPP reached the maximum value. When the temperature was 150 ℃ (solid state), the relative content of β-crystal increased, while the vibration was applied at 190 ℃ It will reduce the relative content of β crystal; 150 ℃ applied vibration field can make the sample elongation at break increases, the tensile strength decreases, while at 190 ℃, the tensile strength of the sample increases, the elongation at break decreases small.
