以钢网增强HDPE球阀为例,借助于Moldflow和ANSYS的CAE耦合分析方法,分析了金属钢网嵌件在注塑成型过程中在模腔中的变形情况。该方法对于解决钢塑复合材料的钢骨架在注塑过程中的形变和受力问题提供了一种可行的分析手段。
Taking the steel mesh reinforced HDPE ball valve as an example, the deformation of the metal mesh insert in the mold cavity during the injection molding process was analyzed by means of the CAE coupling analysis method of Moldflow and ANSYS. The method provides a feasible analytical method for solving the problem of deformation and stress of the steel skeleton of steel-plastic composite during injection molding.
