沸腾钢由于含氧量高,对耐火材料侵蚀大,加上沸腾对流作用促使夹杂的积聚,如再采用硅铁脱氧封顶将增加脱氧产物。这些都是下注沸腾钢夹杂的主要来源。夹杂物对冲压用钢的冲压性能影响极大。上注沸腾钢从理性上分析及实践证明都比下注沸腾钢具有高的纯洁度,所以要求冲压用的特别是低碳沸腾钢应该采用上注法来生产,并禁用硅铁脱氧封顶。提高上注沸腾钢的表面质量应该从炼钢与初轧双方来解决。今后凡生产板坯的厂,应选用带立辊的初轧机,并设有在线火焰清理机,给上注钢生产创造必要条件。
