本文采用双盲法不完全交叉设计,选择年龄60~89岁的健康老年试者158名,随机分配到实验组(低剂量组:每日服锌15mg;高剂量组:每日服锌100mg)对照组(每日服安尉剂),用药期12个月。在研究开始时以及研究的第3、6、12和16个月时,分别抽取静脉血样,测定血浆、红细胞和血小板锌含量,并使用促细胞分裂剂和抗原进行DDH(迟发皮肤过敏性)、LPR(淋巴细胞增殖反应)和NK细胞活性(自然杀伤细胞活性)实验,以评价锌及其他微量营养素(多种维生素和矿物质)对老年人细胞免疫功能的影响。研究过程中,受试者被建议食用含叶酸、维生素B_6、维生素E、Cu、Zn、Mg低的食物,以减少对实验的干扰。
In this paper, double blind method is not completely cross design, select the aged 60 to 89 healthy aged 158 subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group (low dose group: daily dose of zinc 15mg; high dose group: daily dose of zinc 100mg) Control group (daily serving Wei Wei agent), medication period of 12 months. During the study, subjects were advised to eat foods containing folic acid, vitamin B_6, vitamin E, Cu, Zn, Mg low to reduce interference with the experiment.
