幼儿教师的有效课堂提问能够调动幼儿参与活动的热情,促进幼儿思维的发展与创新能力的培养,是师幼之间信息交流和情感交流的有效手段。为此本研究以我园新教师和幼儿园优秀教师的社会教育活动为材料,将研究分为问题种类、幼儿的回答、教师的理答三种行为方式,并对其进行定义、编码、分析,最终得出结论,并提出建议。
Effective classroom questioning by preschool teachers can mobilize the enthusiasm of young children to participate in activities and promote the development of preschool thinking and the cultivation of innovative abilities. It is an effective means of information exchange and emotional exchange between teachers and children.
