采用随机对照及自身对照的研究方法.评价奋乃静联用阿普唑仑治疗阴性症状的疗效及副作用.结果显示,此联用的疗效优于经典抗精神病药物(P<0.01),尤其对情感淡漠.意志缺乏、兴趣-社交缺乏及注意力障碍因子改善显著(P<0.01),且副作用少.
Randomized and controlled trials were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of perphenazine combined with alprazolam in the treatment of negative symptoms. The results showed that the combination was superior to the classic antipsychotics (P <0.01) Feelings were indifferent, lack of will, interest - social deficit and attention deficit disorder improved significantly (P <0.01) with few side effects.
