近年来,国内在大力推广使用硬质合金。但硬质合金的钎焊问题在不少工厂中还没有得到彻底地解决,限制了它的扩大使用。硬质合金刀具钎焊一般采用高频感应钎焊或锻工炉加热钎焊。前者需要有贵重的高频加热设备,成本高;后者虽不需要甚么复杂的设备,但难于控制,不易保证质量。国外有用盐浴浸铜焊的工艺,但由于浸铜焊后,非钎焊面粘附大量焊料,造成外观质量不好和刃磨困难,此外由于盐浴炉升温较慢,使用麻烦和需要一套设备,因而浸铜焊工艺在我国长期未能推广使用。根据我国具体情况,创造性地试验成功了105焊料和焦炭炉浸铜焊加涂料的新工艺,大大降低了成本和提高了生产率,并可靠地保证了钎焊质量。在推广使用过程中,硬质合金钎焊方面出现了不少的先进经验,下面介绍一些,可供大家参考,以便尽快地使硬质合金能得到广泛地推广使用。
