在城市轨交车辆检修中,大架修涉及到车体、部件检修设备配置的专业化程度高且种类繁多,是车辆段工艺设计的难点和重点。分析了常州轨交1号线新龙车辆段与综合基地的检修库工艺方案,提出了大架修检修任务量和设计能力的计算方法,并提出车辆段布置建议,可供类似工程参考和借鉴。
In the urban rail vehicle overhaul, the large-scale repair involves the bodywork, parts maintenance equipment configuration of a high degree of specialization and a wide range of vehicle segment process design is the difficulty and focus. The technical scheme of maintenance garage for Xinlong depot and comprehensive base of Changzhou rail transit Line 1 is analyzed. The calculation method of the inspection and maintenance workload and design capability of the mainframe is proposed, and the suggestions of layout of the depot are proposed for reference and reference of similar projects .
