人力资源外包是先进的企业管理理念,我国企业采用人力资源外包管理的历史虽然不长,但也积累了不少经验。然而,在用工荒日益加剧,员工日益难管的严峻形势下,解决企业的人力资源外包难题刻不容缓。本文以企业运营为背景,阐释了人力资源外包过程中遇到的难点,并就这些难点详细分析,通过作者的长期学习工作和实践,提出了具体的解决办法,旨在与企业管理者共勉,保证人力资源外包良好运用和实施。
Outsourcing of human resources is an advanced concept of enterprise management. Although the history of employing human resources outsourcing management in our country is not long, it has also accumulated a lot of experience. However, under the grim situation of increasingly exacerbated labor shortage and increasing numbers of employees, it is urgent to solve the difficult problem of human resources outsourcing in enterprises. Based on the background of enterprise operation, this paper explains the difficulties encountered in human resources outsourcing process and analyzes these difficulties in detail.
