第一条为了做好《国有企业财产监督管理条例》(以下简称《监管条例》)的贯彻实施工作,建立和完善国有企业财产监督管理体系,保证财政部门监事选派工作的顺利进行,根据《监管条例》和国家经济贸易委员会、国家国有资产管理局《关于监督机构对国有企业派出的监事会工作规范意见》,制定本规定。第二条财政部门监事选派工作是指依据《监管条例》有关监事会的组成人员中应有财政部门委派代表的规定,本着认真、审慎、负责的原则,从各级财政部门中选派业务骨干作为监事代表。第三条财政部门选派的监事,必须同时具备以下条件:
