基于SCI-E(科学引文索引扩展版)的数据,利用文献计量学方法,统计分析1994—2012年SCI-E收录牛布鲁氏菌病的相关研究文献,探讨国内外牛布鲁氏菌病文献的文献量变化与被引频次、语种、国家或地区分布、学科类别、主要研究机构、期刊分布、基金资助等。结果显示:牛布鲁氏菌病研究发文量自2003年后逐年增加,其中发文较多的国家为美国、法国、西班牙等;发文量较多的机构为法国农业科学研究院(INRA)、德克萨斯农工大学(TEXAS A&M UNIV)、路易斯安那州立大学(LOUISIANA STATE UNIV)等;主要的发文期刊为感染与免疫(INFECTION AND IMMUNITY)、兽医微生物学(VETERINARY MICROBIOLOGY)、细菌学杂志(JOURNAL OF BACTERIOLOGY)等,主要的学科类别为兽医科学、微生物学、免疫学等;主要语言以英语为主;主要基金资助机构为美国国立卫生研究院(NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH)、中国自然科学基金(NATIONAL NATURAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION OF CHINA)等。该文分析了牛布鲁氏菌病研究的总体状况和发展态势,为牛布鲁氏菌病科研工作者及决策者提供参考。
Based on the data of SCI-E (Extended Scientific Citation Index), the bibliometric method was used to statistically analyze the literature about brucellosis in SCI-E collected from 1994 to 2012 to investigate the prevalence of bovine brucellosis Literature changes in the literature and citation frequency, language, country or region distribution, subject categories, major research institutions, periodicals, fund grants. The results showed that the amount of bovine brucellosis research papers increased year by year since 2003, of which the United States, France, Spain and other countries were issued more texts; INRA, Germany TEXAS A & M UNIV, LOUISIANA STATE UNIV, etc .; the main issue of the journal INFECTION AND IMMUNITY, VETERINARY MICROBIOLOGY, Journal of Bacteriology OF BACTERIOLOGY). The major disciplines are veterinary science, microbiology, immunology, etc. The main languages are mainly English. The major funding agencies are the NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH, the NATIONAL NATURAL SCIENCE FUND NATURAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION OF CHINA) and so on. This article analyzes the overall status and development trend of research on brucellosis in cattle and provides a reference for researchers and decision makers of brucellosis in cattle.
