为了分析不同铝粉含量对带壳炸药装药破片速度的影响,利用含铝炸药榴弹装药的空爆试验,测试了不同铝粉含量装药的破片速度,并对试验结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:在距离装药2.5m和3.5m处,含铝20%炸药装药的破片速度高于其它含铝炸药;当铝含量为20%~25%时,炸药具有较高的爆速和爆热。对于含铝炸药,当铝粉含量为20%时,由于具有较高的爆速和爆热,炸药能够在较长距离内具有较高的破片速度,更好地完成破片加速作用。
In order to analyze the influence of different aluminum content on the charge fragment velocity of shell explosives, the fragment velocity of charge with different aluminum content was tested by air blasting test with aluminum explosive containing grenades. The test results were compared and analyzed. The results show that at 2.5m and 3.5m from the charge, the fragment velocity of 20% explosive containing aluminum is higher than that of other aluminum-bearing explosives. When the content of aluminum is between 20% and 25%, the explosives have higher detonation velocity and explosive heat. For aluminum-bearing explosives, when the content of aluminum powder is 20%, due to the higher detonation velocity and detonation heat, the explosive can have a higher fragment velocity over a longer distance, and the fragmentation acceleration can be completed better.
