前言多层内框架房屋是由两端砖横墙,砖外纵墙及内部钢筋混凝土梁柱框架构成的一种混合结构房屋。在海城地震以及以后的唐山地震中,这类结构表现出了一些与一般多层砖房不同的震害特点。绝大多数内框架房屋的震害是上层较重而下层及底层相对较轻。上层的破坏主要是外纵砖墙,横墙及框架柱的破坏,而梁板基本完好。纵墙的破坏有二个特点:1.纵向外墙均为沿窗口上下处的水平通缝;2.纵向外墙的端部破坏较严重,产生斜裂缝,而且有错位。在9°区横墙的破坏是严重的,最常见的典型破坏是交叉裂缝,并且有的有错动;8°区和7°区的横墙震害要轻得多,砌体的错位是少见的。从已掌握的震害资料来看,内框架房屋的纵墙
