新生儿缺氧缺血(HIE)是围产期脑损伤的最常见原因。可引起脑发肓迟缓、脑瘫、癫痫、听觉和视觉障碍等后遗症[1],成为危害我国儿童生活质量的重大问题。维持血糖在正常范围是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的支持疗法之一,可明显改善愈后。本研究110例HIE患儿进行血糖监测。并观察血糖与病情严重程度的关系,为HIE的临床治疗提供依据。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic (HIE) is the most common cause of perinatal brain injury. Can cause delayed cerebral palsy, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hearing and visual disorders and other sequelae [1], become a major issue that endangers the quality of life of children in our country. Maintaining blood glucose in the normal range of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is one of the supportive therapy, can significantly improve the prognosis. 110 cases of HIE in this study children with glucose monitoring. And observe the relationship between blood glucose and the severity of the disease, provide the basis for the clinical treatment of HIE.
