针对现有低压台区线损管理模式中的人员与技术短缺、能力参差不齐、效率不高等问题,在传统台区线损管理基础上,结合各大信息系统的应用与线损精细化工作的推进,通过支持向量机方法的应用,建立了台区线损率异常原因科学诊断模型,提供辅助分析工具。
