用对比的方法,研究了纯稀土Ce变质处理对Al-4.5%Cu合金的线收缩、热裂和流动性等铸造性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:稀土元素Ce的加入可明显改善Al-4.5%Cu合金的铸造性能。在纯稀土Ce加入量小于0.2%时,随Ce加入量的增加,Al-4.5%Cu合金的线收缩降低,热裂时最大应力增加,流动性增加;当纯稀土Ce的含量为0.2%时,Al-4.5%Cu合金的铸造性能达到最好;当Ce的含量大于0.2%时,Al-4.5%Cu合金的铸造性能反而降低;纯稀土Ce的最佳加入量为0.2%。
By contrast, the effect of pure RE Ce on the casting properties of Al-4.5% Cu alloy such as wire shrinkage, thermal cracking and fluidity was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of rare earth element Ce can obviously improve the casting performance of Al-4.5% Cu alloy. When the content of pure rare earth Ce is less than 0.2%, the wire shrinkage of Al-4.5% Cu alloy decreases with the addition of Ce, the maximum stress increases and the fluidity increases when the content of Ce increases. When the content of pure rare earth Ce is 0.2% , The casting performance of Al-4.5% Cu alloy is the best. When the content of Ce is more than 0.2%, the casting performance of Al-4.5% Cu alloy decreases instead of that of pure Al-4.5% Cu alloy.
