IL-2不仅能激活外周血淋巴细胞诱导LAK活性,也能作用于骨髓细胞形成激活骨髓(ABM)。ABM的抗肿瘤效应强于LAK细胞。IFN—α能增加NK细胞和CTL活性。IFN—α和IL—2联合应用能够增强IL—2诱导的LAK细胞和ABM的抗肿瘤效应。本实验观察了联合IFN—α和IL-2激活的骨髓对白血病细胞的细胞毒作用。
IL-2 not only activates peripheral blood lymphocytes to induce LAK activity, but also acts on bone marrow cells to form activated bone marrow (ABM). The anti-tumor effect of ABM is stronger than that of LAK cells. IFN-α can increase NK cell and CTL activity. The combined use of IFN-α and IL-2 can enhance the antitumor effect of IL-2-induced LAK cells and ABM. In this experiment, we observed the cytotoxic effects of combined IFN-α and IL-2 activated bone marrow on leukemia cells.
