迄今为止,非真空电子束焊在实际生产方面的应用已有五十多年了。期间,它不止一次地证明其是一种强大的、可信赖的生产工具。非真空电子束焊最初于1953年被提出,随后于1954年在德国进行了演示试验。目前,该方法主要采用一个多级抽真空系统,在高真空条件下产生电子束并将它传送到大气中。自此,随着工艺的不断发展应用,如今的非真空电子束焊设备制造商们得以提供功能强大、操作方便的产品。
So far, non-vacuum electron beam welding has been used in practical production for more than fifty years. In the meantime, it has proved more than once that it is a powerful and reliable tool of production. Non-vacuum electron beam welding was first proposed in 1953, followed by a demonstration test in Germany in 1954. At present, this method mainly uses a multistage vacuuming system, which generates an electron beam under high vacuum and sends it to the atmosphere. Since then, as technology continues to evolve, today’s manufacturers of non-vacuum electron beam welding equipment offer powerful, easy-to-use products.
