【目的】了解高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度现状,寻找提高编辑工作满意度的方法,以更好地提升编辑的能动性与积极性。【方法】采用网络问卷和现场问卷相结合的方式,对全国不同地区、不同层次高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度影响因素进行调查。对问卷数据的T检验和单因素方差分析,运用因子分析法对影响因素进行分析。【结果】通过问卷分析表明,性别、婚姻和从业年限三因素对编辑工作满意度的差异不显著,而年龄、学历、职称三因素的差异较为显著。通过因子分析,得到影响编辑工作满意度的8个主要因素。【结论】高校应加强对学术期刊的支持,改善编辑的职业环境、建立激励制度,编辑自身应提升职业能力和竞争力,以更好地凝聚力量提升高校学术期刊的办刊水平。
【Objective】 To understand the status quo of job satisfaction of academic journals editors in colleges and universities and to find ways to improve job satisfaction of editors in order to better enhance the motivation and enthusiasm of editors. 【Method】 By means of a combination of online questionnaires and on-site questionnaires, the influencing factors of job satisfaction of editors of academic journals in different regions and different levels in China were investigated. T test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the questionnaire data, and the influencing factors were analyzed by factor analysis. [Results] Through the questionnaire analysis, it is found that there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of editorial work between the three factors of gender, marriage and years of employment, while the differences of age, education background and professional title are more significant. Through factor analysis, we can get eight main factors that affect the satisfaction of editorial work. 【Conclusion】 Colleges and universities should strengthen the support of academic periodicals, improve editorial career environment, establish incentive system, and editors should enhance their professional ability and competitiveness so as to better integrate their power and improve the running quality of academic periodicals.
