安宁粉是近二年来在我国临床上应用的一种新型镇静剂,药剂学上称为安宁剂(Tranquilizer),俗称麦普鲁巴梅脱(Meprobamate),化学名为2-甲基-2-正丙基-1,3-丙二醇二氨基甲酸酯(2-Methyl-2·n-propyl-1.3-propand(?)a(?) dicarbamate).从有机分析文献中查知,第一、二级芳香系胺、脂肪系胺、及某些氨基酸,在酸性中与对二甲氨基苯甲醛(p-dimethyl,aminobenzalde-hyde).缩合成(Schiff base,而呈橙色或黄色。安宁粉的结构中含有三个氨基甲酰基(—(?)—NH_2)。因此在酸性中与对二甲氨基苯甲醛作用亦可生成 Schiff base而呈黄色。
Anning powder is a new type of sedative used clinically in China in the past two years. It is known as a tranquilizer, commonly known as Meprobamate, and has a chemical name of 2-methyl-2-norm. From the organic analysis literature, it was found that Aromatic amines, aliphatic amines, and certain amino acids, synthesized in the acidic form with p-dimethylaminobenzalde-hyde (Schiff base, in orange or yellow. Structure of tranquilizing powder Contains three carbamoyl groups (-(?)-NH2), so it can also generate Schiff bases and yellow in the acidic reaction with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde.
