研究了甲烷氧化偶联六组分Na-W-Mn-Zr-S-P/SiO2催化剂对乙烷氧化脱氢反应的催化性能。考察了不同原料气配比、温度和空速等条件下的催化剂活性。讨论了催化剂中S或P组分的含量对催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,S和P元素的加入可以提高催化剂的活性。660℃时六组分催化剂上乙烷的转化率为65.2%,乙烯的选择性为83.2%,此时得到的乙烯收率最高。乙烷与氧气比的增加有利于提高乙烯的选择性。较低反应温度时,空速的增加可以抑制碳氧化物(CO,CO2)的生成,提高乙烯选择性。
The catalytic performance of the six component Na-W-Mn-Zr-S-P / SiO2 catalyst for the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane was studied. The catalyst activity under different feed gas ratio, temperature and space velocity was investigated. The effect of the S or P content on the catalytic activity was discussed. The experimental results show that the addition of S and P elements can improve the catalytic activity. At 660 ℃, the conversion of ethane on the six-component catalyst was 65.2% and the selectivity to ethylene was 83.2%. The yield of ethylene obtained at this time was the highest. The increase in the ratio of ethane to oxygen helps to increase the selectivity of ethylene. At lower reaction temperatures, an increase in space velocity can inhibit the formation of carbon oxides (CO, CO2) and increase ethylene selectivity.
