针对杭州钢铁集团公司45钢连铸矩形坯(240mm×280mm)的中心疏松和缩孔缺陷,分析了矩形坯中心疏松和缩孔的形成机理及影响因素,并提出了加强工艺控制、优化二冷水量、应用动态二冷配水和优化结晶器电磁搅拌参数等解决措施,使中心疏松和缩孔缺陷得到有效控制。生产实践表明,1级(含)以上的中心疏松缺陷大幅度降低;0.5级(含)以上缩孔的发生率由改进前的46.15%降低到22.31%,且1级(含)以上的缩孔基本消除。
According to the center looseness and shrinkage defects of 45 steel continuous casting rectangular billets (240mm × 280mm) of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Corporation, the forming mechanism and influencing factors of loose and shrinkage center of rectangular billet were analyzed.
