旅游业的蓬勃发展使得旅游人才需求不断扩大,然而中职生由于年龄小阅历少,处理紧急情况的能力不足,以及口头表达能力方面的欠缺,让中职学生很难获得企业的认可。本文拟结合珠海市第一中等职业学校在校企合作、竞赛驱动、课程设置、信息化教学等相关措施,总结出一套提升学生导游带团能力的操作体系,以期为旅游行业的发展输送更多适合的人才。 Due to the booming tourism industry, the demand for tourism talents is constantly expanding.
