本文以促进山西省太原青运会市场开发为目的,以山西省太原市将举办的第二节青运会的市场开发战略为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、比较分析法、SWOT分析法等研究方法,和体育学、管理学等相关理论展开论述。在借鉴福建成功开发首届青运会市场的基础上,对太原举办第二届青运会的优势因素和劣势因素以及面临的机遇和挑战进行具体分析,进一步提出太原青运会市场开发的良好策略。
